Information Details:

2/1 - First Friday at Dill's Tavern featuring Michael Baish on February 1st from 7-10 PM. Cost: $10.00 general admission, $8.00 Tavern Keepers admission. BYOB-21 years and older only.

2/7 - MANGA REVOLUTION, or “It Came From the East” by Chris Mautner.  Japanese manga have become the most popular form of comics today, with titles like Naruto easily leaving Batman and Superman in the dust.  Mautner traces their development, and how they became so beloved of Western audiences. This event will be held at the Dillsburg Public Library at 7 PM.

2/7 - The Dillsburg Relay for Life Planning Committee will meet on Thursday, February 7th, at 7:00 p.m. at the Monaghan Presbyterian Church, 1185 Gettysburg Pike, Dillsburg.

2/9 - A Pancake Breakfast is being held on Saturday, February 9th from 7-10 AM at the Maple Shade Barn. Meal includes all you can eat pancakes and toppings, one helping of bacon or sausage, coffee, tea and OJ. Cost: $5.50 for adults, $4.50 for Tavern Keepers and $3.00 children 4-12 years old.

2/9 - Family Tree Class for 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders can begin their family tree, and learn how they play a part in the present, past and future. They'll learn the first steps in taking a family history from older relatives and why that's important on Saturday, February 9th from 10-11 am. Each child accompanied by an adult. The fee is $6 per child, adult companions are free. Classes are held at the Maple Shade Barn, 35 Greenbrier Lane, Dillsburg. Registration is required. For more information call 432-2720 or 528-8516.

2/12 - GFWC Womans' Club Meeting will meet on Tuesday, February 12 at 7:00 p.m. at the Monaghan Presbyterian Church. "Students in the Art's Program. Awards will be given out to the students at this time.

2/12 - The Dillsburg Relay for Life Team Captain's Meeting will meet on Tuesday, February 12th, at 7:00 p.m. at the Monaghan Presbyterian Church.

2/15 - Spaghetti Dinner is being held on Friday, February 15th from 4-7 PM at the Maple Shade Barn. Meal includes all you can eat spaghetti, homemade sauce, garden salad, garlic bread, drinks; homemade desserts are available for purchase. Cost: $7.50 for adults, $6.50 for Tavern Keepers, $4.50 for children under 12 years old. Take out available for $1.50 less. NO DOGGIE BAGS!!

2/19 - Community Night at Hoss's Steak House in Mechanicsburg. Enjoy a meal and Hoss's will give 20% of your bill back to NYCHAPS (Northern York County Historical and Preservation Society). Coupons are needed to particiapte in this event and available for free.
