03/21 - Teen Program at the Dillsburg Library from 6-8 pm. Key Chain/Bracelet - Use beads to make bracelets or key chains.

03/31 - The Carroll Township Police Department is now forming a Police Auxiliary Unit to service the citizens of Carroll Township, Dillsburg Borough and Monaghan Township.  These men and woman will serve as the “eyes and ears of the Carroll Township Police Department.  Applicants should be of high moral fiber with no criminal convictions.  Applicants should be civic minded with a willingness to serve their community on a volunteer basis.  A minimum of eight hours a month of volunteer service is required.   Recruits will be provided uniforms and training and a police radio.  Duties will include traffic direction, community events, foot patrol, parking enforcement and other responsibilities as directed by the Chief of Police.  An open house will be held at the Carroll Township Municipal Building located at 555 Chestnut Grove Road Dillsburg PA. 17019 on Thursday March 31, 2011 at 6:00 P.M.   Interested applicants should call Chief Sean Kapfhammer to reserve a seat at (717) 432-1383 or email at Ct.chiefofpolice@comcast.net for further information.  This is a good opportunity to serve your community while learning many of the aspects of law enforcement.
