Information Details:

03/03 - Lego CLub is for children aged 6 and up and is held every first Thursday of the month at the Dillsburg Library. We will provide Legos for this event. This program is free and no registration is required.

03/07 - Minecraft Tournament - Springtime is coming, and so is our Minecraft Tournament! For kids ages 6-13, join us for three creative challenges and Minecraft themed snacks! Call 717-432-5613 to register or go online at (click on the right hand calendar), Each challenge is set in creative mode and all participants must bring their own devices.

03/08, 03/15, 03/22, 03/29- Preschool Storytime at the Dillsburg Library is every Tuesday from 10:30-11:30am. It's geared towards ages 3-5, but all are welcomed. Children will enjoy stories and a craft.

03/08 & 03/10 - Hour of Code Star Wars & Minecraft - Tweens and teens ages 10 and up are invited to join us for an Hour of Code event! Together we will learn the basics of coding in order to code our own video game. So if you are interested in learning the basics of building your own video game, come on over. Bring a portable device (laptop, iPad, tablet, etc) and we'll do the rest. Registration is required; limit 15 participants. 03/9, 03/16, 03/23, 03/30- Toddler Time at the Dillsburg Library is every Wednesday from 10:30-11:15am for ages 0-3 and their caregiver.

03/09 - Girls with Gadgets - This Teen Tech week, girls ages 10 and up are encouraged to come and learn skills using various gadgets. We will set up four different stations with hands on activities that foster tech abilities with electricity, gears, and building great projects. Come ready to wire electricity through a dollhouse! 03/12 - Early Music of Ireland at Dill's Tavern & Plantation. Doors open at 1:30 pm, Music starts at 2:00 pm. Tickets are $15 (available at First Fir days and The Book House), Get you St. PAtrick;s Day spirit flowing with a special holiday concert featuring the Reese Project performing peppy Irish classics. Come to the Tavern and hear their upbeat and seasonal sound featuring flute, cello and keyboard.

03/15 - Join us for our adult crafts program to learn how to make small gift purses out of decorative paper. This easy project can be used for gift cards, candy, or small gifts. Ideal for Easter, Mother's Day or party favors. Please call the Library at 717-432-5613 to register for this free program.

03/19 - Pancake & Sausage Breakfast at Maple Shade Barn. This breakfast will showcase the amber bounty harvested by volunteers of the Maple Tree Tapping.

03/24 - The Tech Guru will be at the Dillsburg Library to answer all your tech device questions.

03/26 - Colonial Tea Traditions at Dill's Tavern & Plantation from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Enjoy a day of baking scones, cakes and other tea-time treats by the hearthside. Learn basic skills accompanied by historically accurate tea and traditions. Learn more about why Tea was such an important staple and tradition of our colonial ancestors.
